The spokesperson for Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, a presidential aspirant for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has urged the public to disregard false reports alleging that Dr. Adutwum criticized Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
According to the report, Dr Adutwum is allegedly to have said, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has robbed Ghana and has put millions into suffering.
Nana Yaw Opoku Mensah described the reports as “ill-intentioned and malicious” attempts to tarnish Dr. Adutwum’s reputation.
Mr. Opoku Mensah emphasized that Dr. Adutwum remains a consummate gentleman who upholds the dignity of all individuals.
He reiterated that Dr. Adutwum will not engage in “dirty politicking” in his quest to lead the NPP.
The spokesperson reaffirmed Dr. Adutwum’s commitment to his HOPE campaign, which aims to bring brighter fortunes to the party and secure a decisive victory in 2028.
“We remain focused on our HOPE campaign, working towards brighter fortunes for our party and ensuring a decisive victory in 2028 with Dr. Adutwum as the flagbearer of the great NPP,” Mr. Opoku Mensah stated.
