He stressed that headaches accompanied by symptoms such as blurred vision, vomiting, numbness, confusion, or speech difficulties should be treated as medical emergencies.
The health practitioner therefore advised the public to prioritize regular medical checkups and adopt healthy lifestyles, including adequate hydration, balanced nutrition, regular exercise, proper rest, and stress management.
