GIMPA Celebrates Chief Of Staff Julius Debrah for Commitment to Institutional Growth

The Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) has honoured the Chief of Staff at the Presidency, Hon. Julius Debrah, for his unwavering support and remarkable contribution to the growth and development of the institution.

The recognition was conferred during GIMPA’s 65th Anniversary celebration held at the prestigious GB Auditorium, where management, faculty, staff, students, and distinguished guests gathered to commemorate the institution’s milestone achievements in public administration and leadership training.

As part of the ceremony, a specially designed portrait was presented to Hon. Julius Debrah in appreciation of his continuous engagement with the institution and his broader commitment to advancing public sector development and higher education in Ghana.

Presenting the honour, the Dean of GIMPA, Professor Samuel K. Bonsu, commended the Chief of Staff for his dedication to strengthening collaborations between governance institutions and academic bodies, emphasizing that such partnerships remain essential for national growth and institutional excellence.

According to Professor Bonsu, Hon. Debrah’s consistent support over the years has played a significant role in enhancing GIMPA’s visibility, influence, and operational growth both locally and internationally.

The event formed part of activities marking GIMPA’s 65 years of excellence in training public administrators, policy experts, and transformational leaders for Ghana and beyond.
