Research has shown that most plastic food containers contain a chemical component called Bisphenol A, which is commonly known as BPA. BPAs can harm your body in various ways including causing erectile dysfunction in men.
5. Sugar
Sugar creates leptin resistance in the body which increases your stress hormones (cortisol). Increased cortisol levels (that is, taking too much sugar) can cause decreased sex drive. Prevent your sexual life from being ruined, talk less amount of sugar at a time to have a healthy sex life.
