Kenneth Nana Kwame Asamoah, National Chairman of Action Peoples Party is wishing all members, especially Christians a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year .
He urged members who are Christians to give thanks to God and expect God’s continued blessings in the coming years.
In a Christmas message issued by him indicated “As we celebrate God’s love in sending us His son, we must also endeavour to love one another – as well as our homeland Ghana by sacrificing for its development”.
He also called on Christians to remember the vulnerable in their communities and extend love and joy to them.
“May we especially remember the vulnerable in our community, and extend the love, joy, and goodwill of our celebrations to them”, he urged.
He also said “On this day, the Christians of our community join Christians all over the world to mark the birth of Jesus Christ.
And for people of all faiths, the end of the year is the time to thank God for all the blessings He bestowed on us throughout 2023”.
He added that “Let us look back on the year with gratitude as we expect God’s continued blessings in the coming New Year”.
He said despite 2023 been a challenging year but we still have to thank God for gift of our lives.
He also used the opportunity to caution the youth not to ride and drive recklessly as that can endanger their lives.
“Let’s be security conscious,take our security seriously and for that matter all must be on the look out of unscrupulous persons and report such ill persons to the police.
