The District Chief Executive (DCE) of Ahafo Ano South West, Hon. Abubakar Sedik, has lauded teachers for their pivotal role in shaping the future of children.
He emphasized the need for teachers to be rewarded and appreciated for their selfless work.
Hon Sedik made these remarks at a reading competition event held at Kunsu by the District Education Directorate.
To motivate the teachers, Hon. Abubakar Sedik provided financial support of GHc2,000. This gesture underscores the district’s commitment to recognizing and incentivizing the hard work of educators. The DCE’s actions align with efforts nationwide to boost teacher morale and acknowledge their contributions to education .
