The District Chief Executive (DCE) for Amenfi Central, Hon. Peter Amponsah, has organized a thanksgiving service at the Ankasie Roman Catholic Church in Amenfi Central in the Western Region to express his gratitude to the Almighty God for his appointment as DCE.
During the service, Hon. Amponsah praised God for bringing him to this level in his lifetime experience and thanked the Member of Parliament for Amenfi Central, Hon. Joana Gyan-Cudjoe, for her unwavering support.
Showing Appreciation for Hon. Joana Gyan-Cudjoe, Hon. Peter Amponsah expressed his heartfelt appreciation for Hon. Gyan-Cudjoe’s guidance and support, which he believes have significantly shaped his political career.
He shared a personal anecdote about receiving a call from Hon. Gyan-Cudjoe while he was asleep, informing him of his selection as DCE nominee for Amenfi Central.
Hon. Amponsah pledged to deliver results that would make Hon. Gyan-Cudjoe and the people of Amenfi Central proud.
He prayed for long life, prosperity, and good health for the MP, acknowledging her selfless leadership and guardianship towards the progress of Amenfi Central .
Hon. Joana Gyan-Cudjoe has been recognized for her exceptional kindness, generosity, and selfless service, particularly in supporting persons with disabilities in the NDC. Her commitment to social inclusion and empowerment initiatives has earned her a prestigious Citation of Honour .
