Central Regional NDC Chairman Boosts John Mahama’s Campaign With 6 Pickups

In a significant move to enhance the campaign efforts of His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, Professor Richard Kofi Asiedu, the Central Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has donated six branded new pickups and one mobile information van.

This donation aims to support the party’s operations in the Central Region, ensuring a comprehensive victory in the upcoming elections on December 7th.

The donation ceremony, which took place on August 31, 2024, at the premises of the Mankesim branch of the St. Andrews Senior High School, was attended by key party officials and supporters.

Professor Asiedu, in his remarks, emphasized the importance of adequate resources in achieving electoral success.

He expressed his commitment to supporting the party’s campaign and ensuring that the Central Region plays a crucial role in securing victory for John Mahama.

Professor Asiedu also reiterated his agenda, christened “Agenda 20 Seats”, which aims to secure 20 parliamentary seats for the NDC in the Central Region.

He believes that this donation will go a long way in supporting the party’s efforts to achieve this goal.

Furthermore, Professor Asiedu charged the NDC executives and supporters to embark on a vigorous house-to-house campaign, engaging with voters and promoting the party’s manifesto.

He emphasized the need for a grassroots approach to win the hearts and minds of the electorate.

“Let us go to the people, listen to their concerns, and showcase our vision for a better Ghana,” Professor Asiedu urged.

“With dedication and hard work, we can achieve victory and bring prosperity to our people.”

His Excellency John Mahama, who received the donation, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Professor Asiedu for his kind gesture.

He acknowledged the significance of this support in enhancing the party’s campaign efforts and praised the regional chairman’s leadership and dedication to the party’s cause.

The donated vehicles are expected to facilitate the party’s outreach programs, enable effective communication, and mobilize supporters across the region.
