The Ashanti Regional Women’s Organiser for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has charged party women occupying positions in the wing to treat non members well so that they can win them over to their fold.

She noted that it was easy to get people to side with you or come close to you when they are treated with kindness and respect.

Addressing NPP women organizers during their maiden inauguration at the Effiduase Asokore branch of the NPP last Saturday, Madam Ampomah recalled how she won many within and outside the NPP fold with her kind attitude.

“I rose from being a polling station executive of the NPP at Bantama to my current one as regional executive because of God’s grace and the determination to treat people well and I can say this attitude has gotten many to follow me into the NPP and to work for our great party”, Nana Ama stated.

ENCOURAGEMENT AND DONATION:
Madam Ampomah urged the Women’s wing to serve in their current positions with commitment and selflessness.

She noted that the NPP rewards sacrifice and commitment, adding that in due course they would realise the benefits of serving well.

“I urge you to serve well and with unbridled commitment continue to do your best for the NPP and you would be surprised how far you will go in this party where loyalty and service is rewarded”, the Regional Women’s Organiser stressed.

Madam Ampomah later swore in the newly elected executives and also donated wax prints to 50 widows selected from the Effiduase Asokore communities.

MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT:
Addressing the Women’s wing later, Dr Ayew Afriye, Member of Parliament (MP) for Effiduase Asokore asked the women to serve with diligence.

He reiterated the assurance that the NPP rewards and that those who serve with passion and commitment would be recognised by the party.

Hon Afriye rallied the women to work with the 2024 elections in mind, noting that it would be a crucial one that needed dedicated service from every member of the party.

“We must unite to serve and with that attitude we would be working to be able to retain power in the upcoming 2024 elections which would not be an easy battle”, the MP urged.

Present at the inauguration ceremony were other regional and constituency executives of the NPP as well as the District Chief Executive of Effiduase Asokore and other constituency women organizers of the party.
