The Ashanti regional chairman of the opposition national democratic congress-NDC, Augutus Andrews Nana Alwasi has weighed in Dr Gideon Boako’s ambition of contesting the Tano North constituency seat.
According to Nana Akwasi, the economic advisor of the vice president is only trying to secure a job after 2024.
“He knows Dr Bawumiah, his boss will not win the 2024 election, so why don’t he secure a job in order not to hung in the balance” he retorted.
The NDC chairman told William Evans-Nkum host of M’abato o Akoma fm.
Dr Gideon Prempeh is seeking to unseat Freda Akosua Prempeh, the minister of water and sanitation who is currently, the incumbent mp.
He has officially picked his nomination forms ahead of January 27 npp parliamentary primaries
