Egyptian captain, Mohammed Salah has affirmed he has an implicitly excellent rapport with his teammate, Sadio Mane.
According to Mohammad Salah, his liaison with Sadio mane goes beyond Football.
“I always bray with laughter when news circulates worldwide that I envy and detest him,” he said
He indicated that “on the pitch, all my teammates are my brothers. But behind the scenes, in the streets and home, Sadio Mane is my best friend and a brother.”
The Liverpool playmaker hinted he and the Senegalese skipper share lifestyle similarities adding they are each brother’s keeper.
Speaking about his attitude on the pitch, the ‘Egyptian King’ stressed he is not selfish.
He said the coach asks him to bang in goals for the team to win matches.
Salah was named CAF African Footballer of the Year (2017 and 2018), BBC African Footballer of the Year (2017 and 2018), and was selected for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations Team of the Tournament, 2021 Africa Cup of Nations Team of the Tournament and the CAF Team of the Year on several occasions.
