The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of D.K Korankye Group of Companies limited, Nana Korankye, has appealed to the government to involve the private sector in its job creation agenda.
He argued that the formation of graduate unemployed associations would be a thing of the past if the private sector is given the needed support.
Nana Korankye, who is also the Sompahene of the Sefwi Anhwiaso Traditional Council, made this appeal when he was commissioning a new branch of D.K. Korankye company at Goaso in the Ahafo Region.

The new branch in Goaso in the Ahafo Region was to provide full services to customers in Goaso and its environs.
The move, according to the CEO, forms part of the company’s strategic plan to get closer to individuals and businesses in Goaso and provide better services to customers within the Ahafo Region.
Speaking at the inaugural ceremony of the new office located at Dechem, Goaso-Bibiani road opposite the Ahafo Regional Coordinating Council (ARCC), Nana Korankye explained that the decision to establish the branch was underpinned by the desire to offer convenient one-stop-shop to meet the varied needs of customers and inhabitants within the Ahafo Region.
“I ‘m optimistic that with the new branch opened at Goaso would also save them from travelling for many hours to purchase home decor and sanitary wares from Kumasi and Accra henceforth.
