An Accra based NGO, Kingdom Blessed Child Foundation has donated food items worth GHC 22,000 to some communities in the Volta region.
The items included Rice , Cooking Oils, assorted drinks, etc. to widows and the aged in Manfi ,Kpeveko kumasi communities in the volta region .
Speaking to the CEO after the donation , Mr Kingsley Owusu said, it is part of their social responsibilities to put smiles on the faces of the aged and widows during this festive season.
Kingdom Blessed Child Foundation, which operates in the traffic of Accra, especially Aworshie Banyard and Shiashie by collecting funds to help the less privilege made this year’s donation a memorable one .
This is the fourth edition of which the foundation is doing such a massive donation to the less privileged in the societies.
Mr Kingsley Owusu, in conclusion said, they still need support from individuals cooperate societies, government agencies, philanthropists to do more of their charity work.
He wished all Ghanaians a merry Christmas and a happy new year.
Some of the widows and the aged who benefited from the donation thanked the foundation for the great work and support.
