Korle Bu Teaching Hospital Explores Digital Collaboration Opportunities with GIFEC

On July 15, 2025, the management team of Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, led by CEO Dr. Yakubu Seidu Adam, paid a courtesy visit to the Ghana Investment Fund for Electronic Communications (GIFEC) to explore potential digital collaboration opportunities.

The meeting aimed to discuss ways to enhance the hospital’s digital capabilities and address existing challenges in digital transformation.

The hospital’s management team shared their challenges in digital transformation, including lacking essential software and electronic infrastructure.

They sought GIFEC’s support to address these gaps and improve the hospital’s digital capabilities. GIFEC’s Acting Administrator, Mr. Sofo Tanko Rashid-Computer, welcomed the hospital’s delegation and expressed willingness to collaborate.
