Lawyer John Darko ,one of the aspiring Parliamentary Candidates for Suame constituency in the Ashanti Region on the ticket of NPP has filed his nomination forms to contest the upcoming parliamentary Primaries.
He was accomplished by a huge crowd comprising several youth and party members to the NPP’s office in Suame on Friday,December 22, 2023 , to file nomination.
He was met on arrival by NPP executives at the Constituency office who received his forms after checking them to verify whether the necessary information were provided.
This is the third time he’s contesting for the Primaries.
Speaking to journalists shortly after submitting his forms, lawyer Darko promised to spearhead development in the area should he be elected as the MP in election 2024.
According to him, the Constituency has not seen much development over some years now.
He pledged to provide jobs and address the Infrastructural deficits in the Constituency, especially roads.
The Suame Constituency seat is currently occupied by Minister for parliamentary affairs and leader of government business.
