Mr. Kwadwo Owusu Mensah, a resident of Old Tafo in Kumasi is reported missing from his home since October 2016.
According to family sources, Owusu Mensah incurred the wrath of members of the Muslim community when he opposed the erection of a fence wall around the local cemetery by pulling the wall down.
As a result of the ensuing confrontation, the Muslim community put a GHc100,000 price money on the head of Owusu Mensah as a reward for anybody who helps to trace his whereabouts.
Since, the police could not provide adequate protection for him, Owusu Mensah fled the country and has since not returned home., the family source said.
Owusu Mensah, believed to be hiding outside the shores of Ghana, has refused to return for fear of his life believing that the price on his head is still in force.
