Manhyia South Constituency:300 NDP Supporters Join NPP

Over 300 supporters and party executives of the opposition National Democratic party (NDP) in the Manhyia South Constituency in the Ashanti region have defected from the NDP and Joined the ruling NPP to ensure all win for NPP come December 7th general elections.
Speaking at a gathering to officially declare their support for the NPP
,Mr.Benjamin Kofi Boadu Amankwah, constituency chairman ,NDP told the Media that,it was very prudent at this critical time to rally behind NPP for victory because the NPP in its four years in government has performed creditable which needs to be given four more years.
According to him, through the good work of the incumbent member of parliament in the area,in the person of Dr.Mathew Opoku Prempah ,the constituency has seen tremendous progress of which they are all benefiting today.
“We drink water for free, enjoying free electricity and now our children also go to school for free.
The monies we spend on water bills, electricity bills, school fees are now in our Pocket which makes us feel as better human beings.
These were possible by the good policies of the president of the republic,Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo Addo so we’re declaring our support today to ensure that four more years is given so that we continue to enjoy the good policies of the NPP.”He further indicated.
Mr.Benjamin Kofi Boadu , promised that, together with his executives and other supporters ,are going to embark on serious campaign to ensure that Dr.Mathew Opoku Prempeh and President Nana get a whopping percentage of 95 in the soon to be held general elections.
“We are much satisfied with the performance of our MP and the ruling president hence we’ve come to the conclusion to renew the term of office for our MP and the sitting president”He concluded.
