Known in the political landscape as P Kay,the Assembly member for Manso Abodom electoral area,who is also the youth organizer of Manso Nkwanta constituency on the ticket of the ruling New Patriotic Party has presented set of jersey, trophy and cash to Abodom Domi D/A primary school as the winners of U-13 inter schools football competition at Antoakrom in Amansie west district.
The colourful and short ceremony was graced by the good people of Abodom Domi including the traditional rulers.
Presenting the said items to the children of the school, the dynamic hardworking youth commander of the ruling New Patriotic Party in Manso Nkwanta constituency, Hon. Paul Kusi also known as PKay commended the children of Abodom Domi D/A primary school for emerging as winners of just ended inter schools football competition in Antoakrom circuit.
Hon.Paul Kusi said the donation of the items was his contribution towards sports promotion and improvement of the standard of education in the Constituency.
He urged teachers to attach importance to physical education so as to help keep the pupils and students healthy and to also unearth sports talents at the youth level.
He opined that it was the Education directorate’s determination to encourage and ensure that extra efforts are put in place to help the students’ develop their sporting and educational skills.
The captain of the school received the items on behalf of the school and commended Hon Paul Kusi for his kind gesture.
