The Ministry of Environment, Science Technology and Innovation (MESTI) is working in collaboration with other ministries towards programs and policies of the government, according to sector Minister, Professor Kwabena Frimpong-Boateng.
He told journalists during a working visit in his office that, his outfit apart from protecting the environment from degradation is also working closely with all the ministries to enable the government achieve it goals
“Arguable, the Ministry is the biggest and apart from galamsey issues, the ministry is using Science and Technology to helping and connecting to other ministries”, Professor Kwabena Frimpong-Boateng indicated.
“We are using the Innovation aspect to doing beyond just protecting the environment”, the renowned heart surgeon added.
“MESTI is also working hand in hand with Youth and Sports Ministry and the Agriculture Ministries to give more jobs to the teaming unemployed youth in the country.”
