Ashanti Regional Minister, Dr. Frank Amoakohene, has praised the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC),Chairman Nana Kwasi for his instrumental role in revitalizing the party and returning it to power after eight years in opposition .
According to Dr. Amoakohene, the Chairman’s leadership has been the driving force behind his own success and the party’s growing strength in the region. “He is the one behind my leadership, and Ashanti is now gradually becoming the stronghold of the NDC,” Dr. Amoakohene acknowledged.
He made the pronouncement today at the party office during the celebration of the chairman’s birthday this afternoon.
The Minister however expressed his gratitude to the Chairman, attributing the party’s success to his exceptional leadership. He also prayed for the Chairman’s good luck, good health, and a successful stay in office.
In response, the Chairman emphasized the importance of unity within the NDC in the Ashanti Region. He urged members to remain united and focused on winning more power. The Chairman also appealed to members to be patient and satisfied with the President’s appointments, as he has already made significant appointments in the region.
The Chairman’s call for unity and the Minister’s praise for his leadership demonstrate the NDC’s commitment to working together to achieve success in the Ashanti Region.
