The Member of Parliament for Amenfi Central, Hon. Joana Gyan Cudjoe, has urged assembly members to support the President Mahama’s nominee for District Chief Executive (DCE), Hon. Peter Amponsah.
Speaking at the swearing-in ceremony of newly appointed assembly members and the confirmation of the President’s nominee, Hon. Gyan Cudjoe congratulated the new assembly members and emphasized the importance of working together to develop the district.
Hon.Joana Gyan Cudjoe noted that the President’s nomination of Hon. Amponsah is a testament to his confidence in the latter’s ability to lead and develop the district. She therefore urged assembly members to reciprocate this trust by voting 100% in favor of Hon. Amponsah’s nomination. The MP described Hon. Amponsah as a good person who can help move the district forward, and emphasized the need for assembly members to give him their full support.
As the Member of Parliament for Amenfi Central, Hon. Gyan Cudjoe promised to support Hon. Amponsah and the assembly members in their efforts to develop the district. She emphasized the importance of collaboration and teamwork in achieving their goals, and pledged to work tirelessly to ensure that the district receives the support it needs to prosper.
