The recognition was conferred on the MCE during the NSA Ashanti Regional Delegates Conference held in Kumasi on Wednesday, June 17, 2026.

The event brought together management, staff, stakeholders and partner institutions of the authority to celebrate individuals and organisations whose commitment and support have significantly enhanced the operations of the NSA across the region. The conference also served as a platform for the election of new regional executives.

Presenting the award, the Ashanti Regional Director of the NSA, Mr Emmanuel Reagan Fynn, commended Hon. Sadat for his unwavering support and responsiveness to the needs of the authority.

“The Oforikrom MCE is always our first point of contact whenever the municipal branch requires assistance. His readiness to support our activities and provide the necessary resources has greatly contributed to the effective execution of our mandate,” Mr Fynn stated.

He described Hon. Sadat as a proactive and problem-solving leader whose dedication to public service continues to inspire confidence among public institutions operating within the municipality.
