Nana Bawuah,KNUST graduate ,and a former member of TEIN-KNUST has predicted that Chairman Nana Akwasi will win the Ashanti Regional NDC Chairmanship position hands down.
According to him, Chairman Nana Akwasi has proven himself after he was elected as the Regional chairman in Ashanti .
He said, Chairman Nana Akwasi increased the votes of the NDC from 400,000 + to 650,000+ in the Ashanti region and also, through his hard work and determination, he was able to take back their parliamentary seat at New Edubiase constituency for the party in 2020 elections which was lost to the NPP in election 2016.
Again, Chairman Nana Akwasi has made the party in the region very attractive, of which we are all aware and also with his political dynamics, he has really made the grassroots (branches) very strong and participative. Chairman Nana Akwasi has been a listening chairman to the extent that his doors are always open to all members of the party. He is a Unifier and a hardworking man.
Ashanti region will maintain him as the Regional chairman.
