Chairman Yaw Owusu Bimpeh, a stalwart of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Ashanti Region, has emerged victorious in the just-ended Council of State elections.
He polled an impressive 49 votes in the re-run election held at the Prempeh Assembly Hall whiles his main contender, Nana Nkansah Boadu polled 36 votes.
