The tournament, organized by the Ashanti Regional Coordinating Council, culminated in a thrilling final match that determined the municipality’s representative at the regional stage.
The event was graced by the official introduction of a Starlink internet system, acquired for the Kotei community, marking a significant milestone in the municipality’s efforts to bridge the digital divide.
The initiative, undertaken by the newly formed Kotei Astroturf Committee Board, aims to promote digital access and connectivity, particularly among the youth, who are expected to benefit significantly from the facility.
The introduction of the Starlink internet system is part of the municipality’s broader strategy to combine sports and technology for community development.
