Plaintiff Adu Gyamfi fails to appear, but represented by one Earl freeman.

By court.

Case of contempt brought against Hon Ablakwa by contempt should have been served personally on the person unless ordered by the court. By record, the respondent has not been served and the court has also not made any other for substituted service.

For these reasons, all the necessary legal steps should be taken to serve the respondent.

*For now case adjourned for proper service to be done before the case can continue.*

Let me thank the leadership of NDC represented by the General Secretary Hon Fifi Kwetey, Leadership of Parliament, led by Armah kofi Buah, Prof Jane Naana Opoku, Volta regional executives and the teeming supporters who found time to be there when it mattered most for comradeship.

Corruption will try to fight back, but will never succeed.

God with us

*KUN FA YAKUN*
