The Association of Graduates in Skills Development-Ghana (AGSD-GH), formerly known as the Unemployed Graduates Association of Ghana, has asked President Nana Akufo-Addo to sack his own daughter, Gyankroma Akufo-Addo, as the Director of the Creative Arts Council.
The group said the president’s daughter is a non-performer.
Additionally, the group has asked the President to sack all “overaged” CEOs and MDs of state institutions.
On the list are Mr Kwadwo Owusu Afriyei, 65 years – Forestry Commission; Mr Kofi Jumah, 68 years – CEO of Ghana Industrial Holding Corporation (GIHOC); Mr Isaac Osei, 67 years – Managing Director, Tema Oil Refinery (TOR); Dr Anthony Nsiah-Asare, 65 years – Director-General of the Ghana Health Service; Dr K. K. Sarpong, 65 years – CEO of the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC); Mr Kwamena Bartels, 72 years – Board Chairman, GOIL and Mr Kwame Osei-Prempeh, 62 year, Acting Managing Director & Group CEO, GOIL.
