Buem member of Parliament- Hon. Kofi Adams Iddie, Member of Parliament for Buem Constituency and Minister of Sports and Recreation, has shown his support for the Muslim community in his constituency by donating bags of rice and cooking items to help them celebrate Eid.
The donation, presented by Buem Constituency NDC Chairman Hon. Eric Adom, was made with the aim of fostering a better life for the community. Adom emphasized the importance of sharing the good news of Allah and urged the community to pray for both Hon. Adams and the Buem Constituency. He also commended the Muslim community globally for a successful Ramadan that promoted love and unity.
The NDC Constituency executives also extended a call for peace and unity throughout the Oti Region, acknowledging the challenges faced by some constituencies in maintaining peace. They reminded everyone to remember and support the towns that have been affected by conflict.
