These digital solutions aim to reduce bureaucracy, save time, and improve accuracy in record-keeping.

Some of the new initiatives introduced by SSNIT include :
– 24/7 Virtual Branch: A digital extension of SSNIT that will allow employers and contributors to access services anytime, anywhere.
– Co-location Service Points: SSNIT is partnering with selected banks to set up service points within their banking halls.
– Customer Journey Mapping: SSNIT is undertaking this initiative to better understand employer experiences and identify areas for improvement.

The digital transformation initiative is expected to benefit both employers and contributors by:
– Improving Efficiency: Streamlining processes and reducing paperwork.
– Enhancing Transparency: Providing clear and timely information on contributions and payments.
– Increasing Convenience: Allowing access to services from anywhere, at any time.
