Nana Kwarteng Descendants in Kumasi and other part of the Country have been advised to join hands on desk in fighting for properties which is due them.
According to reports, aliens have taken over their properties which were given to them years ago by their able grand parents.
Some of the properties in question are a storey building located on the high-street of Krofrom with house number plot -7, Block 19,New Tafo Krofrom and another fully completed building at Bantama with house number B.A 124, Bantama all in the Ashanti Region.
According to some family members people are taken advantage of them and are gradually taken over their entitled properties because most of their family members have relaxed without paying much attention to their own properties given to them by their forefathers.
They cited a court case between Frimpomaa Kwarteng (family member)and one Nana Opoku Kwarteng of which Frimpomaa Kwarteng filed application and prayed to the high court of justice in Kumasi for an order of Interlocutory injunction restraining the defendant (Nana Opoku Kwarteng) his servants, agents ,workmen,assigns,and those claiming through them from selling, renting or letting, developing, transferring, disposing of or in any way from dealing or interfering with House number plot 12, Block XXII New Tafo (Krofrom),in dispute and for the appointment of the registrar of this Court as receiver and manager pending the determination of the instant suit.
Based on the above and other foregoing character have gingered some family members to call on all members in the NANA KWARTENG to come together,both home and abroad to defend their entitled properties….
