The farmer, Dodzi Nutsianyi complained about the DCE, Mr Anthony Avorgbedor took over the only inheritance he got from his late father and started fencing it for a building project
Dodzi Nutsianyi who took the media to the plot of land described the action of the DCE as insensitive and intimidating considering his current position
He said started building on the land only to realize that the DCE started building on the illegally without producing any legal documents to prove he bought the land and was the rightful owner

He said reported the the issue to one of the chiefs and was given the go-ahead to do whatever he wanted with the land. He said he has on several occasions confronted and pleaded with the DCE to release the land but was only threatened by him.

Dodzi Nutsianyi however warned the DCE to immediately put a stop to all activities on the land and go for a refund from whoever sold the land to him.
Dodzi alleged that his late Dad never sold any land to the nephew of the DCE or the DCE himself and that the man the DCE claimed sold the land to him was the late Uncle which according to him is not the truth .

He hopes that the rightful authorities take a critical look at his situation as a poor farmer and help him take back what rightfully belongs to him.
However, the DCE, Anthony Avorgbedor denied all allegations against him and said that the land was sold to his nephew in 1988 started a project on it, and had to fence the land
Mr Avorgbedor noted that the late father of Dodzi sold the land to his nephew before he died and was called by his nephew from Germany to start working on the land
