Dr. Frank Amoakohene, Ashanti Regional Minister,has embarked on a working visit to the Bekwai Municipal Assembly, engaging with staff and inspecting various government projects.
The visit aimed to assess the progress of ongoing projects and identify areas for improvement.
During the visit, Dr. Amoakohene inspected the stalled Ashanti West Regional Police Accommodation and office project, as well as the ongoing projects at Ankaase Basic School.
He also commissioned the renovated Kokotro M/A Primary School A & B, a project made possible through the efforts of Hon. Amanda Okyere.
The Regional Minister paid courtesy calls on the Bekwaihene, Ankaasehene, and Kokotrohene, demonstrating the government’s commitment to working with traditional leaders.
The visit was notable for the participation of both NPP and NDC executives, highlighting the importance of unity in serving the people.
The collective effort underscores the commitment to ensuring accelerated development and improved social services for the people of Bekwai and the Ashanti Region.
