The Public Utilities Regulatory Commission (PURC) has marked Customer Service Week with a message of appreciation to consumers and stakeholders.
In a statement signed by Dr. Shafic Suleman, Executive Secretary of PURC, the Commission emphasized the importance of customers in its mandate.
“We remain at the heart of the Commission’s mandate,” Dr. Suleman stated. “Our responsibility is carried out with diligence and integrity, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability are the pillars of our service.”
The Commission expressed its commitment to protecting the interests of both consumers and utility service providers. “As always, we remain committed to protecting the interest of consumers and utility service providers,” Dr. Suleman noted.
PURC wishes all a Happy Customer Service Week as part of its ongoing efforts to uphold high standards of customer service in the regulation of public utilities in Ghana.
