The Ahafo Ano South West District Assembly, under the leadership of the District Chief Executive (DCE), Hon. Abubakar Sedik, has extended financial support to 30 students to enable them to pay their school fees.
The initiative forms part of the Assembly’s commitment to promoting education and ensuring that students within the District have access to continuous learning without financial barriers.
Speaking during the presentation, Hon. Abubakar Sedik emphasised that education remains a key priority of the Assembly and urged the beneficiaries to study hard to justify the investment made in them. He added that the Assembly would continue to support education at all levels to build a strong human resource base for the District’s development.
Beneficiaries expressed their gratitude to the Assembly for the timely intervention, noting that the support will ease the financial burden on them and motivate them to excel academically.
