Hon. Alexander Roosevelt Horttordze, a Member of Parliament for Central Tongu in the Volta region has organized eyes screening exercise for his constituents towards the total wellbeing of the electorates.
According to him, the gesture was geared towards the health care of the electorates, which he is being doing with the assistance of health facilities in the Constituency.
He disclosed that, health is worlth and for that matter, it’s his priority to ensure that the Constituents being is paramount to enable them contributing fully their quota to the development of the area and Ghana as a whole.
He stated that, the exercise was taken place in almost every Electoral area across the constituency for each and everyone whether with any eyes problem or not to check the status of their eyes to prevent any future or unforseen eyes problems that could cause one goes blind.
He underscored that, the gesture would not be eyes screening alone but would also consider other aspects of the health care of the people in future to ensure that the quality health care is being promoted irrespective of one’s political party, religion tribe or social status in the Constituency.
