Accra Metropolitan Assembly Takes Swift Action to Clear Waste at Nkrumah Circle

The Accra Metropolitan Assembly (A.M.A.) has demonstrated its commitment to maintaining urban cleanliness by clearing heaps of solid waste dumped along a section of the Kwame Nkrumah Interchange. The swift action was taken following a public alert, which highlighted the illegal dumping of waste in the area.

The clean-up operation was completed on Thursday, just hours after the distress call. The A.M.A.’s prompt response restored cleanliness to the area, improving the aesthetic appeal and environmental health of the surroundings.

Mayor’s Commitment to Sanitation Enforcement.
