The Kumasi Metropolitan Chief Executive(MCE),Hon Samuel Pyne, has given a hint that if Hon.Osei Kyei-Mensah Bonsu,the incumbent Member of Parliament (MP) for SUAME Constituency who doubles as Majority leader decides not to contest again he will contest as Parliamentary candidate for NPP .
The Mayor is reported to have made the announcement on Wontumi TV show hosted by Oheneba Nana Aseidu that he will contest the NPP Parliamentary election at Suame if Majority leader declares he won’t contest as MP anymore.

The Mayor of Kumasi, Hon. Samuel Pyne has lavished praises on the Lawmaker of Suame Constituency, Hon. Osei-Kyei-Mensah Bonsu.
According to Hon. Samuel Pyne, the Suame MP is an asset to not only the NPP but the entire country.
In an interview with Oheneba Nana Aseidu on Wontumi TV Morning Show, he said the service, Hon. Osei-Kyei-Mensah Bonsu has done for the elephant family and Ghana is incredible.
Hon. Sam Pyne announced that he will contest the NPP Parliamentary election in the area if the Majority leader declares he won’t contest as MP for Suame Constituency anymore.
