Dr Kwabena Duffour, the former governor of Bank of Ghana and Finance Minister in the erstwhile Mahama’s administration has been commended for his strategic campaign which shot up votes for the National Democratic Congress (NDC )in Ashanti region.
Mr Frank Basoah, President of the Ashanti Youth Caucus has expressed his profound gratitude to him for also bringing unity in the party, reason for the victory of the NDC in the just ended 2024 general elections.
According to him, Dr Duffour in the heat of the 2024 election campaign utilized all the resources at his disposal including his son Duffour Junior.
He expressed the need for every individuals in the party who is aspiring to lead the party to emulate Dr Duffour’s maturity, selflessness and dedication for the total interest of the party.
