A marriage counsellor, Bishop Dr. Morris Dei-Asare has admonished bachelors who want to tie the knot with their lovers to sacrifice by eating once in a day to save money for their marriage ceremony.

According to Bishop Dei-Asare, men who use the lack of enough funds or current economic conditions as excuses for being single must stop eating thrice in a day.

To him, if such men are serious about their marriage goals then they have to avoid a square meal a day and cut it to once .

“You can’t use money as an excuse for being single and continue to eat thrice a day, bachelors who are serious to marry must learn to eat once in a day in order to save money for their marriage,” he urged.

Bishops Dei- Asare was speaking on New Year Resolutions on My Lawyer My Counselor programme on TV XYZ hosted by Daakyehene Ofosu Agyeman.

He advised people to set goals for their lives in the New Year and work hard to achieve those targets by the end of the year.

“Without goals you are living a purposeless life and the year will end just as you entered it unless you work to achieve your targets” he added.

Bishop Dei-Asare advised spinsters to also check their character since love is not enough for a successful marriage while advising men to observe the character of women before making any commitment
