In a thoughtful gesture aimed at encouraging the young talents showcasing their artistic skills, the Chief Fire Officer donated assorted food, drinks, and bottled water to sustain the team throughout the festival.

The donation underscores the Service’s commitment not only to public safety but also to community engagement and youth empowerment.

The items were officially presented on her behalf by the Ashanti Regional Fire Commander, DCFO Peter Tetteh, who commended the participants for their dedication and creativity.

He noted that the Ghana National Fire Service recognizes the importance of supporting initiatives that positively engage young people while promoting cultural expression and unity.
The Street Art Festival, which has drawn participation from several schools and young artists, continues to transform public spaces into colorful displays of culture, heritage, and innovation. The timely intervention by the Fire Service not only provided refreshment but also boosted morale among the artists, many of whom spend long hours perfecting their work.
Speaking on behalf of the organizers and participants, members of the team expressed profound gratitude to the Chief Fire Officer and her delegation for their generosity. They described the support as both encouraging and inspiring, highlighting how such gestures reinforce the value of their efforts and motivate them to deliver even more impactful artistic expressions.

The Ghana National Fire Service’s involvement in the festival reflects a broader vision of institutional support for youth-driven initiatives.

Beyond their core mandate, the Service continues to demonstrate that nation-building extends into nurturing creativity, fostering partnerships, and uplifting communities.

As the festival progresses, the contribution from the Fire Service stands as a testament to the power of collaboration between public institutions and the creative arts sector—an alliance that promises to leave a lasting imprint on both the participants and the wider community.
