Government of Ghana Advances Affordable Housing Initiative-Chief Of Staff Julius Debrah

The Chief of Staff, Hon. Julius Debrah, has convened a strategic meeting to advance the Presidential Initiative on Affordable Housing, as directed by H.E. President John Dramani Mahama.

The meeting aimed to articulate the President’s vision and set out a clear framework for the rollout of sustainable and affordable housing schemes.

The meeting focused on developing a comprehensive implementation plan for the Affordable Housing Initiative, with the following key objectives:

Delivering Practical and Affordable Housing Solutions: Providing housing solutions for public sector workers and the broader citizenry.

– Sustainable and Affordable Housing Schemes: Developing housing schemes that are sustainable and affordable for Ghanaians.

– Collaboration and Partnership: Fostering collaboration among participating institutions to ensure the successful implementation of the initiative

– Republic Bank
– Ministry of Works and Housing*
– Public Servants Housing & Loans Scheme
– SSNIT
– Ministry for Special Development Initiatives
