In a gesture of compassion and solidarity, Kennedy Agyepong, a flagbearer aspirant of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has donated a staggering GHC950,000 to the victims of the Adum fire disaster. This generous contribution is aimed at alleviating the suffering of those affected by the devastating fire.

During his visit to the fire scene,Hon Agyepong took the opportunity to sympathize with the victims, emphasizing the importance of gratitude for their lives.

He encouraged them to focus on rebuilding and recovery, rather than allowing the tragedy to define them.

Hon Agyepong’s donation consists of two main components:

-200 Street Bulbs Worth GHC850,000: This significant investment in security infrastructure is designed to enhance the safety and well-being of the affected community.

The street bulbs will not only provide illumination but also serve as a deterrent to potential criminal activity.

– GHC100,000 Physical Cash: This substantial cash donation will provide immediate relief to the victims, enabling them to address their pressing needs and embark on the recovery process.

Hon Kennedy Agyepong also seized the opportunity to advise the victims against politicizing their operations. Instead, he urged them to work together as a united front, focusing on their shared goals and aspirations. By doing so, they can ensure their collective success and rebuild their lives with greater ease.
