KLM Running Poor Service To Customers?



We have received a series of complaints from some customers of KLM over bad and unprofessional services.

A 13 year old boy(name withheld) lost his suitcase when he was traveling from Amsterdam to Rennes through KLM. The boy stayed in France over a month without access to his luggage. The matter was reported to the management of KLM yet they failed to retrieved the boy’s luggage for him.

As at now, the boy is in Ghana without his luggage. Several attempts have been made to get management of KLM to produce the boy’s luggage but all efforts have been unsuccessful.

KLM irresponsibly is now shifting the blame on Air France.

The boy might not be the only casualty. Other passengers of KLM may have suffered similar incidents.

We are calling on the management of KLM as a matter of urgency to produce the luggage of the 13 year old boy who luggage got missing dated 29th June 2019 when traveling from Amsterdam to Rennes.
