The Member of Parliament for Kwabre East Constituency in the Ashanti Region, Hon. Onyina Kwadwo Gyamfi Acheampong, has extended his congratulations to Hon. Joseph Amankwah, the newly elected Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for the area.
