Constituency executives and the parliamentary candidate for the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) for Offinso South constituency in the Ashanti region, Hon. Haruna Yusif has, described the recently introduced ‘Delivery Tracker’ portal by the ruling NPP as a fallacious and scam.
Addressing the press at Gambia-Nkwanta, a farming community in the Offinso south constituency on Wednesday, the NDC listed number of projects they described as either stolen, abandoned but captured as completed projects by the NPP.
According to him, projects by former President John Dramani Mahama and he himself are stolen projects presented by Offinso South municipal Assembly and listed as achievements by the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) on the delivery tracker.
He told news men that after an independent checks conducted by his NDC party in Offinso South shows some projects listed on the portal were either ‘non-existent or stolen’.
“It was claimed among other things that:”
