Deputy Minister of Health, Hon. Adelaide Yaa Agyeiwaa Ntim, has asserted that the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) has unparalleled achievements in healthcare delivery in Ghana.

She attributed this success to the leadership of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and Vice President Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia, who have spearheaded unprecedented infrastructural development in the health sector.

Speaking at the commissioning of a 120-bed capacity hospital at Kumawu in the Ashanti Region on Wednesday, Hon. Ntim highlighted the Agenda 111 project, which aims to construct over 100 hospitals across the country, as a testament to the NPP’s prioritization of healthcare.

“These are hospital projects which are at various stages of completion, and are expected not only to improve health care delivery but to provide massive employment opportunities to the youth as well”.

“I personally believe the NPP must be applauded for such bold solutions to solving challenges in the sector, owing to the fact that previous administrations have failed to tackle them ”

In an interview with OTEC News Reporter Jacob Agyenim Boateng at the sidelines in the event, the Minister emphasized that other sectors of the economy have also experienced significant growth under the current government.

She urged the NPP to showcase their achievements in various sectors to enable electorates to make informed decisions in the 2024 polls.

“By highlighting these developments, the NPP can demonstrate its commitment to the welfare of Ghanaians and reinforce their campaign message ahead of the 2024 polls” .She said
