Yentumi Donates 50K  To Muslim Communities In Amansie West District

 Assembly Member for Mpatuam West Electoral Area, Hon. Fredrick Kwadwo Nkansah popularly known as (Yentumi), has donated assorted food items worth Gh¢50,000.00 to muslim communities  in Amansie West District to support them in  this year’s Ramadan festivities.
The items included,  thirty (30) bags of rice, thirty (30) bags of sugar, sixty (60) cartons of milk, thirty (30) boxes of lipton and among others.
 Presenting the items to the muslim communities, Hon. Yentumi said the donation was made to appreciate the prayers of our muslim brothers and sisters who have devoted their time and energy to pray for the peaceful atmosphere of this country.
According to him, our muslems communities have contributed immensely for the development of this Country so at this difficult days it is very prudent to support them.
“We all known our vice president is an astute muslems ,this means Islam has done well for this country.
He therefore urged them to exhibit a high sense of patriotism and discipline during and after this Ramadan.
He also called for continuous cordial relationships between them and other religious groups since with unity Ghana will become a developed country.
Mallam Abdul Wahab, who received the items  on behalf of Pakyi Chief Imam thanked Hon. Yentumi for his continuous support to the muslim communities over the years.
He added that, ramadan is not only about starving but mandate assigned by Allah to all muslims to retreat and ask forgiveness through prayer.
The colourful short event was graced by some prominent and powerful Islamic clergies in the constituency such as Hon. Alhaji Sani Mohammed (Nasara coordinator, Manso Nkwanta constituency), Mallam Abdul Wahab (Pakyi Chief Imam’s rep), Manuka Mohammed (Pakyi No. 2 polling station chairman), Kamara Salifu (Pakyi No. 2 youth organizer), Abdullah Ishaaq (Pakyi No. 2 organizer) and Tahiru Mohammed Pak).
