Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa’s lawyers have today filed an explosive 85-page affidavit in opposition to the mysterious Kwabena Adu Gyamfi — Victor Kusi Boateng’s contempt application.
A few highlights:
1) It has emerged from a search conducted that those who ambushed the MP at Metro TV to carry out that unconstitutional service were not bailiffs of the court. A development which flagrantly violates Chief Justice Anin Yeboah’s directive dated 7th November 2022 that ONLY judicial service bailiffs are allowed to serve processes from the courts. 2) More trouble for Kwabena Adu Gyamfi–Victor Kusi Boateng as Hon. Okudzeto Ablakwa’s lawyers exhibit his 2016 Voter’s ID Card which is in the name Victor Kusi Boateng. They also exhibit his 2020 Voter’s ID Card which is shockingly in the name Kwabena Adu Gyamfi with a different age. Clearly, more evidence to show that none of his names is an alias. He has consciously maintained a fraudulent dual identity which further vindicates Hon. Okudzeto Ablakwa. (See evidence attached)
3) Hon. Okudzeto Ablakwa’s lawyers also exhibit documents from the GRA confirming Kwabena Adu Gyamfi — Victor Kusi Boateng’s different TINs, different names, different dates of birth and two biological mothers.
This is the person who rather wants Hon. Okudzeto Ablakwa jailed.
