Dr. Frank Amoakohene has made a significant contribution to the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Ashanti Region by donating 47 high-performance 8th generation i5/8GB laptops to all constituency secretariats. The laptops are intended to enhance their operational efficiency and support collation efforts for the 2024 General Elections.
In addition to the laptops, Dr. Amoakohene provided GHC 50,000 to assist constituency-level secretariats in finalizing their preparations for the December 7 elections. He has also donated 100 motorbikes, 200 mobile phones, and 10,000 NDC-branded T-shirts to support campaign activities in underserved constituencies. His contribution further includes undisclosed assorted items designed to address specific needs in targeted communities, aimed at strengthening the party’s presence and improving its performance in the region.
These logistical inputs stem from insights gained during a successful campaign tour across all 47 constituencies in the region, led by the Regional Secretary. Dr. Amoakohene emphasized the importance of these efforts in addressing peculiar challenges ahead of the elections.
He also called on all sympathizers and supporters in the Ashanti Region to rally behind the party, providing their resources and efforts to ensure a successful conclusion to the campaign.
Dr. Amoakohene’s contributions reaffirm his commitment to the NDC and its Presidential Candidate, H.E. John Dramani Mahama, as the party works tirelessly to secure victory in the upcoming elections.
