Hon. Joana Gyan-Cudjoe, Founder and CEO of Golden Empire Legacy Holdings Ltd., has redefined the role of women in mining in Ghana.
Under her leadership, the company has become the largest licensed gold exporter in Ghana, managing over 600 mining concessions valued at an estimated US$120 billion. Her efforts have significantly contributed to positioning Ghana as a rising global force in gold production.
